Indian F&O research · end-of-day
Prepare tonight. Execute tomorrow.
The exchange files land after the close. You get the evening to read them and write tomorrow's plan against a price that cannot move while you decide. At 09:00 the plan locks — in the morning you execute your own thinking, not the tick.
Each node is a company — lines are how they move, supply and make news together.
The evening, in order.
The exchanges publish the day's file once trading has stopped. Everything below happens after that, on a number that has stopped moving.
- 15:30The market closes.Nothing you read after this moves under you.
- ~18:30The day's file lands.Typically. When it is late, the card says which file it is holding.
- The eveningYou read, and you write.Filings, holders, headline counts, connections — against a settled number.
- 09:00The plan locks. At a time you choose. After it, the plan is a record, not a draft.
- 09:15It is read-only.You execute what you decided last night, wherever you already trade.
The market is not the only thing that closes at 15:30.

Those are laboratory subjects, professional currency traders, and American households in the 1990s. They are not a prediction about you, and none of them is a claim about Tezofyn. We are not going to tell you this makes you profitable. We are telling you when we think the work is best done: after the close, when the number cannot move while you argue with it.
Four screens. One evening.
What the work actually looks like, in the order you would do it.
01ConnectionsPro+
The graph you cannot get anywhere else
Sector peers, shared large holders and linked headlines for every listed company; disclosed supply links where the company has reported them. Every edge carries how we know it — disclosed, curated or computed — and its source.
On Pro+.
02Tonight's read
One snapshot of the day, with its inputs shown
After the close the day is frozen into one auditable snapshot: which inputs were present, which were held back, and why each one was held back.
03Screener
Ask the whole market one question
Peer-relative filters over the numbers companies filed — a P/E below the sector median and a return on equity above it — with the coverage for each column stated under the result count.
04The plan
Written last night. Read-only this morning.
Write tomorrow's plan as if-then lines against cues you can observe — yesterday's high, the closing volatility index. At the time you choose, it locks.
Tezofyn writes none of it. We never fill the “then”.
Your screener shows the numbers. Your chart shows the alerts. Neither shows you why.
Indian retail traders stitch together 4-6 tools per trade. We bring everything onto one screen so the connections are obvious.
See what a company is connected to
Sector peers, shared large holders and linked headlines for every listed company — plus disclosed supply links where the company has reported them. Every edge is labelled disclosed, curated or inferred, with its source.
The file lands after the close. The evening is yours.
The exchanges publish the day's file once trading has stopped. That is when the reading gets done here: you write tomorrow's plan against a price that cannot move while you decide, instead of arguing with a number that changes mid-sentence.
Built for the F&O ecosystem
An end-of-day options chain — open interest, PCR, max-pain — for F&O stocks on Pro+, with IV and FII/DII analytics rolling out as each ships. Built for where most Indian retail volume trades.
Numbers you can ask us to prove.
Counted from the database, not written into this page. Every figure below is a row count with the date it was counted on.
- 9,277
- listed companies tracked
- 3,642
- end-of-day sessions held
- 64,04,317
- daily closes stored
- 3,037
- companies with at least one filed statement
- 3,468
- headlines the tagging agent classified
Withheld from this count: companies with a disclosed supply link — the count is zero.
Every number carries its date and its source.
The card at the top of this page has five annotations on it. Here is what each one is, and why it is there rather than hidden in a footnote.
- The session it closed onA date, not “today”. The number is the close of a named session, and it does not change after that session ends.
- The file, and when it landedThe exchange publishes a file once trading stops; the card prints the time we loaded it. If it is late, the card says which file it is still holding.
- The latest period held“Financials held to Jun 2026” means Jun 2026 is what we have — not that it is the latest that exists. A product that hides the difference is asking you to assume the gap is zero.
- Headline tone: three counts, one windowCounted over a stated number of days, with the method and the model named, and the headlines nothing could classify counted separately. Never a score.
- What a link between two companies is based onEvery link says which of three it is: stated in a public filing, a curated sector relationship, or computed from data we hold.
Daily bars from the NSE and BSE end-of-day files. A price here is the last published close, stamped with its date — nothing on this site updates during market hours.

We describe what happened and show you what it is connected to. We never make a call — you decide, and you execute through your existing setup (Zerodha, Groww, Upstox, anyone).
What it does
- Reads the day's close and says what it didTonight's read, and every panel on the desk — stamped with the date of the file it came from.
- Shows how names relate, and on what basisConnections and Scan → Map (Pro+). Every link says whether it was disclosed, curated or computed.
- Freezes the day's breadth into a ledgerThe close ledger at 20:00 IST: each input, its weight and the sum, with a receipt. A missing input is printed as missing.
- Keeps what you decided last nightThe journal. After the plan locks it is a record, not a draft.
- Answers questions from our own dataThe co-pilot (Beta), which cites the rows it read and is not switched on for every account.
What it does not do
- It is not an intraday feedThe exchange files land after the close, and we never simulate a candle to fill the gap.
- It is not a brokerYou execute wherever you already trade. We never touch an order or a holding.
- It is not a SEBI-registered Research AnalystThat registration is for paid recommendations. We make none, so we are not registered.
- It is not completeCoverage is still filling in, and every panel states what it is holding rather than implying it has everything.
- Not every screen on this site is built yet
Not a broker, not an advisor
An independent research engine. We provide structural market analytics, never recommendations — no stock tips, and not registered as a SEBI Research Analyst, because that regulation is for paid tips and that isn't the product.
Designed for the DPDP Act 2023
Your queries, watchlists, and research drills are isolated per account and never sold or shared. We're not formally certified yet, so we say "designed for DPDP" rather than claiming compliance.
Proprietary core, transparent direction
Our parsing engine is a closed-source moat, but our direction isn't a secret — the roadmap, the decisions behind it, and what we deferred are written down and shared openly.
FAQ
The questions we get most often during alpha. Read the disclaimer
Is this a broker? Can I place trades?
No. Tezofyn is a research and analytics workspace — the Desk. You keep using your existing broker (Zerodha, Groww, Upstox, anyone) to execute. We show you what is connected; you decide and trade wherever you already do.
Why Tezofyn instead of my screener and charting app?
A screener gives you numbers and a chart gives you alerts, but neither shows you why a move is happening. Tezofyn brings the relationships around a company — sector peers, shared large holders, linked headlines, and disclosed supply links where the company has reported them — onto one screen, each edge labelled with how we know it. And we are a research tool, not a broker or an advisor: we never tell you what to buy.
Do I need to link my broker or share my portfolio?
No. Sign up with an email and a password — no card, no broker integration, no portfolio access. You explore the connection graph and the screener without exposing anything about your trades.
Is the AI co-pilot available yet?
It is in beta, and it is not switched on for every account. Where it is enabled it answers only from Tezofyn's own data, cites every source, and says plainly when the data cannot answer — and it wears a Beta badge on the Desk while we harden it. We will say so here the day it is on for every paid plan.
What will it cost?
Free during alpha. At public launch: a Free tier, Pro (₹499/mo), and Pro+ (₹1,499/mo), which adds Connections, the end-of-day option chain and positions. Prices are introductory and subject to change.
When do the F&O surfaces (options chain, IV, FII/DII) ship?
The equity research graph and the screener come first. The F&O surfaces — the end-of-day options chain, IV cones, FII/DII flows — are Pro+ features, and they roll out as each one ships. They are designed into the data graph from the start; we would rather ship them right than claim them early.
Where does the market data come from?
From the exchanges. Daily bars from the NSE and BSE end-of-day files. A price here is the last published close, stamped with its date — nothing on this site updates during market hours. Fundamentals, shareholding and filings come from what companies file with the exchanges; nothing here is crowd-sourced or estimated. Coverage is still filling in during alpha — some listed companies have no statements with us yet, and some of what we hold sits behind that company's latest filing. The disclaimer states this in full.
Where is my data stored, and are you DPDP compliant?
Your queries, watchlists and research are isolated per account, and never sold or shared. We have designed the product for the DPDP Act 2023; we do not yet hold a formal certification, so we say "designed for DPDP" rather than claim a stamp we do not have. What the product holds about you is small on purpose: an email, what you saved and what you asked. A copy of it, a correction or deleting your account is one email to support@tezofyn.com, and none of them is behind a paid plan.
How are the headline counts made?
Every headline we ingest for a company is read by one model and put in one of three buckets, over a window the card states. What you see is the three counts and the window — never a score, and never a number that ranks one company against another. Headlines the model could not place are counted separately rather than folded into the middle bucket. The model and the method are named under the counts, and the provenance section on the landing page annotates the card row by row.
What happens at 09:00?
Whatever you wrote the night before stops being a draft. At a time you choose — 09:00 by default — tomorrow's plan locks, and after that it is a record of what you decided against a settled close. You can still read it, and you execute it wherever you already trade; what you cannot do is quietly rewrite it once the market has moved.
