Billing

For billing specifically — refunds, a payment that did not land, or a plan that did not activate — include the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation and read the refund & cancellation policy first; it answers most of it.

Escalating a grievance

If something has gone wrong and support has not resolved it, you can escalate to the named grievance officer. This route exists under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and, for anything concerning your personal data, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days of receipt. Please include your account email and enough detail to reproduce the problem — a screenshot and the time it happened is usually enough.

Data requests

To get a copy of your personal data, correct it or erase it, the routes and what each one covers are set out under Your rights in the privacy policy. If a request goes unanswered, or you disagree with the answer, escalate it to the grievance officer above.
