Is Free really free?+
Yes. No card is asked for, and there is no trial clock on it: its limits are the ones on its card — a watchlist of 20 stocks · 1 list, 5 alerts, 5 years of financials. Prices are introductory and subject to change.
Can I cancel anytime?+
There is no auto-renewal to cancel: a paid tier is a one-time purchase of a fixed period, and nothing ever charges you again on its own. Your plan runs to the end date shown in Settings, then drops back to Free. Nothing you saved is deleted when you drop to Free; entitlements just return to the Free limits. A self-serve cancel control has not shipped yet — until it does, email support@tezofyn.com for anything mid-period. Bought recently and changed your mind? There is a 7-day refund window — the refund & cancellation policy has the terms and the timings, including what happens to a failed or duplicated charge.
What does Pro+ add over Pro?+
From the catalog: Alerts (unlimited); AI co-pilot (1,000 / month); Shareholding history (unlimited); F&O chain (EOD option chain); Connections (full graph). Everything else is the same on both.
Is there student or yearly pricing?+
Not today. Checkout sells one 30-day period at a time, at the prices on the cards; there is no yearly option at checkout and no student price in the catalog.
What data am I actually getting?+
Daily bars from the NSE and BSE end-of-day files. A price here is the last published close, stamped with its date — nothing on this site updates during market hours. Fundamentals, shareholding and filings history come from what companies file with the exchanges. Where the desk holds a delayed quote it labels the delay on the number itself; otherwise it says EOD close.
What is it not?+
Not an intraday feed. We hold no 1-minute, 5-minute or 15-minute history, so those intervals are switched off in the chart rather than filled in — we never simulate a candle. Not a broker: there is no order placement and no broker linking. And not investment advice — Tezofyn is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst.
What happens to my data?+
Your account, watchlists, alerts and journal are yours and are isolated per account. Designed for DPDP 2023: we do not sell your data and we do not share it with brokers or advertisers, and deleting your account deletes it. Where your data is processed is set out in the privacy policy, which is the page that has to say it.
Why is the AI co-pilot marked Beta?+
Because it answers real questions, but it is young. It reads only the data on the page you are looking at and cites what it used, and it will decline rather than guess when the page does not hold the answer. The same badge is on the desk itself. Features we have not shipped at all are marked Soon instead — the two labels mean different things, and we do not use the softer one to describe an absence.
